Skippy finds it very hard to concentrate at school. Loud sounds and even lights are distracting. She finds that daydreaming or getting up and moving helps her control the distractions - but in doing so disrupts the class. When these feelings boil over into frustration, Skippy’s mother connects her with a doctor where she learns about her Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). With the help of Iris, her mother and doctor, Skippy learns productive ways to stay on task and how to better manage her feelings when upset or angry.
