The 3-character play first came to life during the 2003 Workman's Theatre Project, the performance of "Iris the Dragon" at the Madness & Arts World Festival in Toronto, Canada. Through Fish, the audience becomes aware of symptoms that are ‘red flags’ in his emotional and social development. The play is intended as an introduction to the topic of mental health wellness and challenges and strives to educate children on the importance of sharing their thoughts and worries with a caregiver.
