Digital and downloadable products

All digital and downloadable products are not subject to return or refund, under any circumstances. Once payment for any of these items have been accepted, the sale will be deemed final.

Print books

Print versions of the Iris the Dragon book series are available through our website via Lulu Direct. This is a print on demand service that is partnered with Iris the Dragon. Print on demand items are manufactured upon confirmation of the order to Lulu Direct. There is a 24 hour delay between a print book order being received and it being confirmed to Lulu Direct for manufacturing. This provides any order with a 24 hour window to cancel and receive a full refund. Any orders not cancelled prior to this 24 hour window are non-refundable.

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, or if your order failed to arrive, we will work with Lulu Direct to provide a replacement order. To qualify, we must receive notification within 30 days of your order’s shipment date. Any notifications past this window are non-refundable.
