When in school, Josie experiences teasing and bullying from her classmates. To others, Josie appears shy or not friendly and she often gets angry when something confuses her. What they don’t know is Josie has Aspergers Syndrome. Facing numerous obstacles, she meets Iris the Dragon. With Iris’s help, Josie learns how to relate to others and develop resilience in her life, and helping her peers identify with the thoughts, feelings, and actions of one who lives with an autism spectrum disorder.
